A word about the draft chapters here

I thank all of you for subscribing to my Substack account. The draft chapters I’ve posted here are just that: Draft.

I’m in the process of putting the book together with my co-author. In so doing, I’ve found numerical and grammatical errors in the draft. I tell you this in case you got different answers than I did for the many problems included in the text.

I appreciate your patronage and your patience. I will keep you posted on the progress of the book as it makes its way through the publishing process. I anticipate publication in the fall of this year after which I will be heavily disguised to avoid the paparazzi.
